Shipping Info 

Order Processing & Delivery 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipments may be sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on location from our main warehouse.

Domestic delivery will take approximately 3 to 7 business days after processing times.

We only ship to addresses located within United States of America at this time.

Order Confirm 

Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you. 

Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details about the items in the package as well as a tracking number and a link to the tracking website. To track your package, simply click onto the link provided. 

Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, you will also be notified by e-mail.

      Order Processing

      Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Most items take 2-3 business days to be processed. Due to the shoes are hand-made, processing time of shoes will be longer about 1~2 weeks depending on the complexity of styles.

      1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
      Yes, we can ship to most of target countries worldwide and FREE shipping for order over $129! If you do not find shipping option after filling in checkout shipping info, you can contact us for help.


      2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
      Order processing time takes 2-3 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 1-2 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to one month in special case. You can contact us for specific shipping times.
      (Please attention:The processing time of the shoes may take about 7-14 days)

      3. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? EVEN AFTER YOUR PROMISED "2 WEEKS" WHY?
      While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or the destination is out of service for certain carrier. If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed!


      4. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
      Due to different handling time, your ordered items may be partly shipped with different parcels. Meanwhile, part of parcels may experience shipping delays while others do not. If not receiving whole items, you can contact us to check with your name and order number.


      5. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
      If you plan to get one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.


      6. ORDER TRACKING?
      Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of placement unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel's journey.
